Late arrival
Please note that our reception is no longer staffed after 21:00.
Please contact us in good time, at the latest by 18:00 on the day of arrival, if you should arrive later. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get to the hotel or your room.
Key boxes
In the event of an announced late arrival, we will leave your key in one of our key boxes. We will send you a code by telephone or e-mail which you can use to open the box. You can use the key in the box to get into the house and into your room.
Without this access code, you will not be able to move into your room after 21:00.
Please remember to carry your key with you at all times when you leave your room or the hotel.
